Notification of all nights away experiences should be with the District Commissioner FOURTEEN days before the event is scheduled to commence.
For all nights away held at facilities not owned or operated by Scouting, such as public or commercial campsites or youth hostels, the host District Commissioner must also receive a copy of the NAN form, this should also be submitted FOURTEEN days before the event.
