On Saturday 21st April 2012 we are planning a District trip to Chessington World of Adventures.

During the day we will hold a short Scouts Own to renew our promise, have a picnic and then hit the rides!

We are planning to have three meeting points for the coaches in New Eltham, Woolwich and Greenwich at 7.30am, and we will leave at 7.45am, and be back by 6.30pm.

Chessington are really please to host us as a District from the day and are pulling out all the stops to make sure we have a great day.  They have provided us with designated coach space which leads directly into the Chessington camp site which we can use on the day, they have also give us the use of there corporate building which can hold about 200.

They are lots of activities in the park to help our Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers gain activity badges which can be award back at your Group.

We’ve produced a letter providing all the information for you to give out to your member and these were distributed in bulk at our October District Meeting.  You can download the letter, poster more and the leaders information sheet below and we will add more information to this page as it becomes available.
